Integrated Management System Policy (IMS)

Faraz Firouzkoh Cement Company, in order to achieve the strategic goals of Espandar Cement Investment Company as its holding company, has established an integrated management system (IMS) based on the following standards:
• ISO 45001: 2018 occupational health and safety management system
• ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system
• ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system
• ISO 50001: 2018 energy management system

The CEO of the organization is committed to continuous improvement, following the legal requirements and providing the resources and information needed to achieve the goals and has planned in the following areas:

– Improving the professional and behavioral knowledge of all employees in order to improve the team work culture
– Continuous improvement of the performance of the organization’s processes through periodic monitoring and measurement
– Effective management in realizing the profit margin and providing liquidity to the company
– Reducing and preventing environmental pollution in order to preserve and improve the environment

This policy is a framework for formulating and reviewing goals and the senior manager of the organization is committed to comply with the above and all employees have a duty to adjust their responsibilities and daily activities in line with this policy. The management representative will also be responsible for overseeing the integration of organizational and unit goals in line with this policy.
